  Associate pastor compelled a 4-year-old girl to touch his genitals

  SILVER SPRINGS, Nev. — A 69-year-old associate pastor at a church in Lyon County has been jailed on charges of child molestation.
  
  Raymond "Bud" Mosley was arrested last week on suspicion of felony forcible sexual assault of a child and lewdness with a child under 14.
  
  An amended complaint filed Tuesday in Walker River Justice Court adds three counts of lewdness with a child under 1.
  
  The Nevada Appeal reports the complaint says Mosley allegedly "encouraged, instructed and compelled" a 4-year-old girl to touch his genitals between July and April at the Silver Springs Christian Church. That's where Mosley was the associate pastor and his wife, Kay, the senior pastor since 2000.
  
  Kay Mosley's son, Terry Heiser, says Bud Mosley has been removed from his position at the church.
